Accessibility at Camp Northway

Camp Northway is a rustic, boat-access-only overnight camp located within Algonquin Provincial Park. Due to the natural terrain and the nature of our facilities, some areas of camp are not physically accessible to individuals with mobility impairments. We encourage families to contact us before registration to discuss individual accessibility needs. We are committed to working with families to determine whether we can safely and reasonably accommodate each camper and to providing accessible customer service wherever possible.

Camp Northway is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible experience for campers, families, staff, and visitors. We strive to meet the requirements of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA) and the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation.

Customer Service

We are committed to providing our services in a way that respects the dignity and independence of people with disabilities. Our Accessible Customer Service Policy is available upon request.

We welcome feedback about the accessibility of our programs, services, and facilities. Feedback may be provided by email, phone, or in person.

If you require an accessible format or communication support to provide feedback or receive a response, please let us know and we will work with you to meet your accessibility needs.
